Each week includes 2 days of strength training and 1 day focused on core, mobility, and stretching, with every session lasting about 30–45 minutes. Workouts are demonstrated by real youth athletes, making it easy for kids to follow along, learn correct form, and stay motivated.
Participants also get access to a private group chat, where athletes can connect, celebrate wins, and support each other throughout the challenge — creating a positive, encouraging community built for growth.

Program weeks: 1/12-2/22
Program is self paced and will include 18 sessions to complete. It is encouraged to go week by week to stay up to date with the group. Though we know these athletes have busy schedules!

This 21 days program is designed to kick start your health journey using a simple nutritious diet plan and basic exercises using minimal equipment! Once booked, we will do a consultation to see the resource and equipment you have access to and I will design your program from there! We will do weekly check ins to make sure each work you are progressing!
